Our original owner, Maria, has retired. Maria started the business over 20 years ago, and when she retired, she sold her business to her employees, Ryan Boylan and Adam Bolden. Ryan and Adam both have many years of experience in the food service industry, and as business owners. Adam is a silent investor due to health complications, and Ryan is the on-site Operations Manager. Ryan has 20+ years of

experience in the industry, and has managed and owned multiple businesses. His wealth of knowledge has allowed him to continue on in Maria's footsteps, keeping alive the dream she started back in 1997.
Maria has opened many successful restaurants known for delicious soups, casseroles, wine tastings and private in-home caterings. Maria carved a niche in the restaurant community that gave her a reputation for friendly service, wonderful food and fine wine at reasonable prices. When she made the decision to retire after many years in business, she sold the business to two of her trusted employees, Adam Bolden and Ryan Boylan. Adam and Ryan also have extensive experience in the food service industry and trained under Maria and her husband Michael before taking over the business in 2019. They have made every effort to keep the same quality and expertise that Maria herself was known for, all the way down to using the same recipes she created many years ago.
