JCK Omega. Since there were no serious inquiries on her, she will remain here and eventually join our other Mama's. She was a triplet, therefore I'm not too concerned about her folded ear being a genetic trait. So even though that ear would disqualify her in the show ring, everything else on her is ABGA correct.

Today we said Bon Voyage to Daruka's buckling who we had nicknamed Hefe'. He's one lucky boy and has plenty of new girlfriends to visit with this fall. We wish him luck with his future "Bucky" life.

They might be pretty but they still work around here. The last unweaned doe's, their kids and the weaned kids are helping clean up the cut wisteria as I'm removing spring growth. We've been battling (finally winning) wisteria here since buying the place 4 years ago. All in all spring maintenance of this invasive vine gets easier every spring, but with it's crazy root and runner system it will definitely take several seasons to eradicate without using herbicides.

My BEST kid born this year. 98% ABGA Registered Buckling. I was originally holding him back to show myself this season but the farm is getting busy and I definitely want him in the ring. So I'm willing to move him along at weaning to a show and breeding home. He started to develop buck wrinkles at a week old and is as masculine as possible at 9 weeks old. Will be weaned in the next week or so.

Time to get the ear plugs 🙉🙉. Day two of weaning is definitely the loudest. After today things will settle down a bit until the next group are weaned
