We want to apologize for our quick selling out at the market. We are a small, artisanal producer. The number one goal is always, always quality. We will be at the Greensboro Curb Farmer’s Market tomorrow with our signature Jambon Beurre, Turkey and Brie baguette sandwich, Bacon and tomato on sourdough loaf, quiche, salads, and tarts (This is peach season, so peach it is!). Guinguette will be hosting a series of complimentary cooking demonstrations at the Greensboro Farmer’s Curb Market starting Tuesday at 5:30p. We will teach you to prepare a four course French menu including our signature coq au vin. No reservations required - just come by and see how the magic is made. We will also feature some of the market vendors to show you how easy beautiful, local products are transformed into a beautiful French dish. C’est si bon….

The first time I took a commercial flight, I was 19 and a starving college student. My first stop was Paris. From the moment I ate the first jambon beurre and croque monsieur, I was hooked. I learned that even affordable French food was exceptional. The goal of Guinguette is to bring you fresh, beautiful, and affordable French country cuisine.
