This year we have been working on growing more calories for our household needs! We just pulled almost all of the rest of our potatoes that we grew for ourselves. Here’s the data:

We grew in 4 raised beds with hardware cloth liners totaling 42’ bed feet long and we got 98 POUNDS!!

Some of the beds didn’t get irrigated very well, so I’m stoked on the yield we got!! 🥔 That’s a lot of meals for us, and comes out to around 30,000 calories! Whoop whoop 🙌🏼

We had a marathon end of the week trying to get a weeks worth of work done in two days due to us not having running water the first half of the week 🫠 We are the new proud owners of a new well pump & well line! At least we will have the peace of mind of knowing the age, depth and ins and outs of our well now.

All that being said we are excited to see y’all at the market tomorrow. Come on out & say hi! 8-12 pm
