Do you want to know my biggest tip for having long lasting flowers? Check the water!

When you order a bouquet from me, I cut the flowers fresh and I make sure to harvest them at the perfect stage so they have the best vase life. But once you get the flowers home there is something you can do that helps too! Summer flowers like zinnias take in a lot of water so it is important to check the water level and add new water when it starts to get low. I usually top off my arrangements with new water every other day. This one little thing will keep your flowers prettier for longer! Fresh water = fresh flowers! 💐

I had the best time designing for a very special wedding last week! An alter piece on a handmade cross, 2 floor pieces, around 100 bud vases and all the bridal party florals. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful bride! Can't wait to share more pictures.

Orders are closed this week! We are designing for a wedding this weekend and will be using most of our flowers for that. We will be back next week ready to make bouquets! 💐

I grew my first flower patch 13 years ago. It was just a mix of cosmos and zinnias but it brought me so much happiness and really sparked my desire to grow more flowers. I remember walking around and looking at the different varieties blooming and being amazed at all the types and colors.

I've grown so many varieties over the years and I still get amazed at how beautiful, vibrant and intricate they can be. I find new joy every year when I grow new flowers to try. I truly don't think I can say I have a favorite flower but I do have a lot of favorites! Coneflowers are one of those favorites! 🌼
