Happy Sunday ❤️
I had such a busy, but incredible week, with so many special moments and connections! We had the chance to bake for 2 weddings this weekend, both for such sweet couples and families. I am always so honored to be included in these big days- it means the absolute world! I also had the chance to see some of our past couples, with one bringing their sweet new baby for us to meet 🥹 Being a part of so many lives and (growing) families has been one of the biggest full circle moments I have ever experienced in my career (and life!). My business has become one of the most rewarding feats that has truly saved me in some of the hardest moments of grief and loss. When I'm part of the planning for a celebration, wedding, or even small gathering, I am welcomed into someone's life and it truly is an honor. It really is more than "just a cake".
This has been such a big year of change and transition, and as scary as it all is, taking on our storefront has also been one of the most exciting and rewarding things I have ever done 🥹❤️ We are so thankful for the love and support as we keep working hard to grow and support our 30+ local vendors. I have such a passion for helping other small businesses (as so many have done for me all these years!), and I am so grateful to work hand in hand with them at our shop in the heart of Downtown Greensburg.
We have a very busy June coming up, and we can't wait to see what the rest of the year will bring! I have so many ideas in the works, both out of my kitchen and for the shop!
