⚡️💜 WE HAVE POWER, YINZ!!! 💜⚡️

Before anything else, we need to give a HUGE thank you to all of the first responders, First Energy & West Penn Power employees, line crews, tree crews, and everyone who came in from out of state to help get our area back up and running after that absolutely insane storm.

Yinz have been working around the clock, away from your own families, clearing roads, repairing lines, and getting thousands of people back to some kind of normal. We see you, and we appreciate the hell outta you. 💜

Our trailer had been without power since Thursday evening, and we were just shy of 100 HOURS STRAIGHT running completely off our onboard generator. 😳

And THANK GOD we went a little extra when we had that system installed. 😂 Huge shoutout to Power Pros, Inc. because they really did a solid with that installation. Nearly four straight days powering the whole trailer and it never skipped a beat. 👏⚡️That being said… after almost 100 hours straight, that generator has officially earned itself a spa day. 😂 Power Pros, go ahead and pencil us in for maintenance before she files for overtime. ⚡️🤣

Power is back. The trailer survived. The smokers survived. WE survived. Let the stress melt away!

So NOWWWW let the holiday weekend commence! 🐷🔥🍻

We’re heading down to Rib Fest today to see some of our competitors, friends, and fellow BBQ people doing what they do best. 💜🔥 Hope to see some of yinz there!

Holy crap, yinz… is everybody okay after that storm last night?! 😳⛈️

That was honestly one of the wildest storms we’ve seen in a long time. We swear at one point it felt like there was a tornado right in the backyard — our 300+ lb Pit Boss literally got thrown across the porch. 😳

But seriously, we truly hope everybody made it through safely and that your families, homes, pets, vehicles, and property are all okay. 💜 We know some of yinz are waking up to damage, downed trees, and power outages this morning, and our hearts are with everybody cleaning up and trying to get things back to normal.

That being said — if your power is out, your kitchen is outta commission, or dinner is just one more thing you don’t wanna worry about today, we got yinz covered. 🐷🔥

We’ll be at Sobel's Obscure Brewery TONIGHT from 4PM–8PM or until we sell out.

Come grab some BBQ, take a little break, and let us handle dinner for ya tonight.

BUT since Pittsburgh is about three chilly mornings away from everybody declaring it officially fall 🍂😂… we gotta talk dessert.

She’s about ready to pack her bags and head dahn the road for the season, so if you’ve been meaning to grab one… this is your warning. 😂

Honestly though… are we even surprised? After the chaos we’ve been living in lately, I’m not sure we even remember how vacation works 😂

BUT FIRST — we’ve still got BBQ to sling 🔥

Tonight we’re headed to Four Maples Place Night Market in Jeannette!

What. A. WEEKEND. 💜🔥

Actually… what a 20+ DAYS it has been.

We’ve been running HARD. Long days, late nights, private events, caterings, public services, prep, smoke, clean up, reload and do it all over again the next morning. It has been one of the longest, roughest stretches we’ve had in a while — and somehow this little crew just kept freakin’ going.

So I really need to say THANK YOU.

To the Pittsburgh Steelers for having us back and trusting us to feed the players and staff again. 🖤💛

And to Pittsburgh, Westmoreland County, the 724, the 412 and every single one of yinz who keeps showing up for us — whether it’s down in the city, at a brewery, a private event or somewhere in our little corner of Western PA — THANK YOU. 💜

Especially everybody who braved the weather and came out to the Pittsburgh Cannabis Festival this weekend. Rain, mud, questionable footwear and all 😂🌧️🌿 YINZ SHOWED UP.

And most importantly… my little crew. 🥹💜

My tiny but MIGHTY BBQ army absolutely ROCKED every damn service. After 20+ days of being tired, sore, hot, soaked, covered in smoke and literally running on caffeine, hopes and dreams 😂 — they still showed up and gave it everything they had.

There is absolutely no way we do what we do without the people standing beside us in that truck or trailer or semi.... Whatever you may call it 🤣

I’m exhausted. I smell permanently smoked. I’m pretty sure brisket is now part of my DNA.

But more than anything, I’m so damn proud of us. 💜

We made it, BBQ army. 🐷🔥

And Western PA… thank yinz for making every crazy, exhausting day worth it.
