Welcome to the official page of Ruk's Preserving LLC! We are a family owned business specializing in unique and flavorful preserves, jams, marmalades, mustards and more. In the summer of 2012, my husband and I made 150 jars of Pineapple Preserves to give as favors at our wedding. The Pineapple was so well liked by our guests that we created several other unique flavors for family and frie

nds. We started receiving wonderful feedback, then many requests for more flavors and without realizing it, our business began! I am a certified chef and my husband is a wonderful cook and extremely creative and fun. Together we own our business selling over 70 different flavors with many more flavors coming soon! Our preserves are made with only fresh ingredients, most of which are homegrown in our own gardens and handpicked by us personally to ensure the best quality. Those ingredients not grown by us are purchased from reputable vendors and from local farmers and again, hand selected only by us. You will find no preservatives or dyes in our jams...only the fresh flavors of nature!

EXCITING NEWS:
Ruk's Preserves are now being sold in the Westmoreland Historic Society's Museum Gift Shop at the beautiful Historic Hanna's Town!!!!

Their shop is a beautiful collection of carefully curated items, many of which from local artisans! I urge you to spend a moment and walk through the museum, too. My daughter and I had a great time and she loved the scavenger hunt provided by the helpful and knowledgeable staff. ❤️
