Wild Bergamot (Bee Balm, Monarda fistulosa)
grows all over our farm in Kentucky. It makes a lovely tea that can comfort sore throat, and cold symptoms. Native pollinators love it!

You can find it at plant nurseries (if it’s not growing wild around you) in a variety of colors and it’s perennial, so it will continue to come back every year. This would be a great one to add to your medicine garden.
