Even though the photos are not mine, the meals all looked and tasted amazing. We used ground beefalo, beefalo flank steak, and beefalo stew meat. Get yours today and eat well.

Wanted to say thank you to all of you sticking with us through this season of life and all that’s going on in the world. It has been difficult getting into the butcher and when we do our Beefalo is being bought in whole.
For this we are grateful, but also feel terrible when we cannot fill orders that continue to come in. We are hopeful that very soon we will get back to “normal” and have more on hand. At this time we do have some roasts, beef stew, and ribs available.
Again, we are just so grateful for you all. We will keep you posted.

Our Beefalo roasts are not just for your traditional pot roast Sunday dinners. This here is a French dip, super simple prep, packed with flavor.

Currently we have plenty of roasts, stew meat, and some liver, and ribs.
Roasts offer many ways to feed you/your families. Traditional, served with potatoes and carrots, shredded beef nachos, Italian beef , Mississippi roast, we've even smoked ours to make (poor man) burnt ends.😉😋..you could also grind a roast to make ground.
As we continue to grow in the beefalo business and look to expand our selections, we tried our hand at bratwurst today. We have some smoking as we speak. Additionally, we made up several pounds of summer sausage as well as jerky (first run of jerky so it's not for sale yet). We won't sell anything we haven't eaten and absolutely love. As usual, we still have our retail cuts and will be sending more off for processing on 09 March. Thank you for your continued support! B Farms Greenview.

These sirloin steaks were so good.
Served em up with a baked tator and mixed veggies, dinner done right.
Rhett is not 💯 today, but no chicken noodle for him. He wants a Beefalo burger.
Did you know we had 1 pound pre-pattied packs (1/4 # each)? I thawed one to make now, and can make the rest when others want some.

Country fried Beefalo steak and mashed taters covered in county gravy. Now that's what call comfort food on this cold blustery evening. What are you all having?
Today is the big guys, and my anniversary. 11 years, what a trip. As many of you know Mike is full time military, but what you may not have known is that his degree was in agricultural engineering. His plan after college was to work on a huge ranch in Kansas, but circumstances came up and he found himself working a temporary fill time position at his original unit... All these years later he is still working full time for the guard.Dont get me wrong, he is honored to do what he does in the military, however farming is in his bones. I want thank you for allowing him to do what he loves in some small capacity.
As for this city girl, farming was not something you did, you just get to eat the bounty from it. To my surprise it has been a lot of fun learning about farming, and cuts, and how to cut meat properly (who knew that was a thing), and doing some hard work. Getting the kids involved has been great as well. Thanks for hanging out with us on this journey. We appreciate each and every one of you.

So I talked to you all about the different ways we are doing our roast. I had made one with just banana peppers and ate those off hamburger buns with a little pepper jack cheese and mayo... Ahm good!
The leftovers we added to leftover jambalaya rice, and cheese dip served up on a tortilla and can I tell you, it was amazing!
