Research has shown that the microbiome of your gut determines a lot of your health and behavior. It's even been called your "second brain" because of how much of your health is dictated by your gut bacteria.

Healthy happy gut bacteria is foundational to your overall health.

Ways to help your gut bacteria:
-Eating organic (or well washed) whole foods
-Eating fermented goods like kimchi, sauerkraut, and kefir
-Avoiding highly processed foods and foods high in sugar which kill off "good" bacteria and promote "bad".
