Don’t focus too hard on the hard stuff to miss the big picture. We are a cocktail bar but in the grand scheme of things, we are a place for kinship of spirit. The art on our walls and little trinkets are meant to strike up conversation while the drinks bring out innermost feelings. It’s all part of an overarching goal.

We aim to be a space of curiosities where you can meet with friends, enjoy a beverage and a bite and focus on what’s important: Reading between the lines and connecting with others.

For those that observe the Sober October challenge or would simply rather not partake, our bar lead, Jesse, has created the Walter’s Delight and Mi Spaglio for the season.
•
Walter’s Delight is composed of seedlip pineapple, coconut, lemon and a special combination of spices which come together for its golden hue.
•
In contrast, Mi Spaglio is lended its shade of hot fuschia from cranberry and Ghia aperitif and its effervescence from tonic for a bright, zesty flavor and texture.

We love a cozy dish. So does chef Vicky. Inspired by the comfort of fall agriculture and imbued with bold, contrasting flavors, her fall menu is sure to conjure all the warm feelings of the fall.

Pictured:

• 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦𝐬: It begins with grilled mushrooms but is complimented by root vegetable puree, brown butter and pomegranate then is finished with preserved lemon gremolata to deepen the flavor. The result is a dish grounded by its elements but brightened by its accompaniments. A perfect start.

•𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐞: A medley of chicory greens, pickled apples and mustard seeds and cranberry agrodulce. It is a dish made up of elements found in nature (and your Thanksgiving spread), unencumbered by humans.

•𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐬: A deep-rooted take on the Mediterranean classic, the beet hummus is made with beets and butterbeans, served with pickled seasonal vegetables and housemade sumac crackers.

At the same time, we’re thrilled for the traditional autumn solstice and the ingredients that come with it. With our little break yesterday, we’ve perfected our fall menu and we’re dropping details this week.

We’ve been hard at work between events and fun new updates so we will be closed this Sunday, October 4. Hopefully, our team can take a little breather.

Don’t miss us too much, we will be open our regular hours through Saturday and will resume normal service next week.

In Greek mythology, Pan represents the wild and chaotic side of nature as well as its beauty. It may be that perhaps the reason why nature is so beautiful can go back to its unpredictability.

Monotony is not to be confused with consistency. Change is the spice of life but consistency keeps us sane.

We appreciate you hanging out with us this weekend whether it was for Down the Rabbit Hole or throughout euphoria weekend. Without your support, none of this would be possible and we had such fun spending time with you all.
