📍Charleston, SC — We tied the knot on Wednesday and decided to celebrate with a weekend getaway to Charleston! The city’s culinary scene is nothing short of amazing, drawing talent from across the U.S. and beyond. blew us away—it’s easily in our Top 3 dining experiences. Nestled on Johns Island next to , this gem offers handmade pasta, house-made amaros, creamy gelatos and unforgettable flavors. Trust us, photos don’t do it justice!

• Charred Octopus – creamer potatoes, spring onion, capers, pancetta
• Steamed “Clammer Dave” Little Neck Clams – spicy lemon-caper zupetta, grilled bread
• “Sunday Gravy” Lasagna – venison, elk, ribeye, mushrooms, tomato, fontina
• Gomito Elbow Pasta with Wild Boar Ragú
• Vanilla Gelato w/ Olive Oil
• Biscoff Banana Cream Pie - Biscoff cookie crust, banana cheesecake, Biscoff banana cream, whipped cream
• Tiramisu - espresso and rum soaked lady fingers, mascarpone, cocoa

Always a superb experience at ! I definitely consider Jianna to be one of the best, if not THE best, restaurant in Greenville. Everything is so thoughtfully created and prepared. Every flavor profile is perfection! ✨ Our favorite starter is the Ricotta Crostini - whipped ricotta served warm, topped with truffle honey, accompanied by grilled ciabatta. Pro Tip: order the prosciutto and top the Ricotta Crostini with it! Next up was the Chargrilled Octopus - with potato, Guanciale (cured pork cheeks), pistachio, and a sherry lemon vinaigrette. The Little Gem Salad was SO good and included pickled corn, Shish*to peppers, ricotta salata, mustard vinaigrette and a garlic breadcrumb! I decided to make my entree the Ricotta and Truffle Gnudi with roasted peaches, Parmesan Brodo, Vincotto, and oregano. With no room for dessert, we called it a successful meal!
