First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported our Go Go Bing soft opening today.
We owe you an apology.
Today’s turnout exceeded our expectations, and unfortunately, we weren’t as prepared as we thought we were. Between equipment adjustments, service delays, and unexpected demand, many of you waited much longer than you should have.
One of the biggest challenges we discovered was that a large number of customers requested their desserts to go. To-go service was not originally part of our soft opening plan, and while we did our best to accommodate everyone, we quickly learned that our packaging, procedures, and timing for to-go orders need more testing and refinement.
Rather than compromise on quality, we chose to take the extra time needed to prepare each order as best we could. Even so, we know the experience wasn’t where it needs to be yet.
That’s on us.
The purpose of a soft opening is to find the bugs before a grand opening, and today certainly helped us identify what needs improvement. We learned a tremendous amount and are already making changes.
We will be CLOSED tomorrow as we work through those issues, improve our processes, and prepare for another soft opening.
To everyone who visited today: THANK YOU for your patience, understanding, feedback, and support. We truly appreciate it.
