These are glimpses of our sourcing team’s daily work across origin: visiting producers, working alongside the people behind every lot, and coordinating the coffees being prepared and consolidated into containers already afloat and on their way to warehouses around the world.
We spend time in farms not only to cup and source coffee, but to stay connected to the realities, challenges, and progress of the producers in our network. That proximity shapes the way we buy, communicate, and support every coffee we offer.
