There is just something about seeing someone take that first sip of a s’mores latte or bite of a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie and seeing a big smile. That is why we do what we do. That is what keeps us going on those early mornings.

But then there are days when we pull up and it comes full circle. Shoutout to these ladies at the Appleton VA (and everyone at the VA for that matter). First, for what they do on a day to day basis serving those who served us but then also the positive vibes they bring when I know their days aren’t easy… for example, whipping out a purple star wand (credit card hidden inside) to make payment. We absolutely loved it - matching her shirt and all.

Thank you for making us smile, thank you for supporting a local business, thank you for having us out.

We hope we can came make you smile with a fantastic cup of joe, a delicious cookie or savory breakfast burrito.

Fall is just around the corner (pumpkin pie and sweater weather 👀)… where should we setup in September and October?!

Big Bird, our truck, is on the move this week but we only have TWO public events. Better catch us if you can!

The Nest is open regular hours. And remember, The Nest is only open via drive thru on Tuesdays 7am-12:30pm with a full drink menu but a limited bakery and food menu.

All jokes aside, a little pickup-order PSA from your friends at The Nest:

When you select a pickup time, that’s the time we plan to have your order fresh, finished, and ready for you.

10:00 pickup = ready at 10:00.
Not 9:45. Not 10:15. 10:00. 😂

We time everything around the pickup time you choose—especially hot food, drinks, and fresh bakery—because we want it to be at its best when you get it.

So if you’re running early, hang tight. If you’re running late, just know your order is probably sitting there wondering…
