Kind of a crazy update for you all.

First, you sold us out of all the breakfast pizza we had prepped for the weekend so no breakfast pizza tomorrow. However, we do still have cheese pizzas available. Grab a frozen one anytime - prefect for the Packer or Brewer games. Or have us bake it starting at 10:30am.

Second, the good, Hyacinth Ln is fully open and should not re-close moving forward so there shouldn’t be an issue getting to us from 15. The barricades have been called in to be picked up.

Now, the bad…

We were informed Thursday night/Friday that our parking lot will be fully used by construction equipment all day Monday due to the construction project next to us and reconstruction of the retention pond, so we unfortunately will be CLOSED Monday, October 12th all day. We are tentatively planning to be open usual hours for drive thru on Tuesday but will not know 100% till Monday night. Please watch socials for updates.

SOOO… please come visit us tomorrow, Sunday, regular hours 7am-3pm to stock up on drinks, food and goodies. We have made extra bottle lattes for grab and go tomorrow since Monday is a no go. Hope to see you soon!

A few new things have landed at The Nest! 🐦☕️

We’re open tomorrow 7am–3pm, and you’ll also find us at our usual spot at the Appleton Farmers Market! It’s the second-to-last market of the season, so come on down before market season flies the coop! 🍂

🍊 NEW in our refrigerated merchandiser: Juiced! Cold-pressed juices from the Milwaukee area—a colorful new addition to our little Nest! We’ve also added some fun new granola bars.

Tomorrow’s bakery case will feature the usual suspects, plus cardamom buns, scotcheroo cups, brownies, and much more. 🤎

🥣 Our soup for tomorrow will be Loaded Baked Potato and Bacon! Grab a bowl while you’re here, or pick up a quart from the refrigerated merchandiser to enjoy at home!

🍕 Our pizzas are ready to take flight!
Grab one frozen to take and bake at home, or have us bake it for you in store on weekends!

🍳 Introducing the Early Bird Pizza
Our sourdough crust topped with a sourdough béchamel—a creamy white sauce with a little sourdough tang—scrambled eggs, and your choice of bacon or sausage. An early bird worth getting out of bed for! 😉

🧀 Cheese Pizza
The same sourdough crust, our homemade tomato sauce, and a mozzarella-provolone blend for that perfect cheese pull. Toppings coming soon!

🚧 A little construction chaos with your coffee…

Tomorrow, Wednesday, October 7, the intersection of Highway 15 and Hyacinth Lane will be closed, so please plan an alternate route to The Nest.

Parking? Your guess is currently as good as ours. 🫠 Plans with the construction next door seem to be changing minute by minute, somehow this project has turned into our project too and we’re finding out as we go—even when those changes affect our own parking lot.

Please hang in there with us. We’re not quite sure what tomorrow brings either, but we’ll share updates as we learn more!

Tomorrow, September 29, we’ll be open drive-thru only from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Our parking lot is being striped, so please be careful and drive slowly

Construction has also started on the lot next to us, which will make things tight for a while. When you visit us in person, please carpool if you can and as always, please avoid parking in Ascension’s lot. Thanks for bearing with us! 🤎
