May Shore Shore Smoke Seasonings burger challenge submission from Reel Fly Pit Crew.
We thought about making a fancy slider, but that didn't seem crazy enough for a crazy burger challenge.
Then we decided that a burger wasn't crazy enough either, so we took it a step further.
The one-and-a-quarter pound burger:
Fresh baked homemade bun, a bit over a pound and a quarter of beef seasoned with a boatload of Between the Bun, five slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, thick cut bacon, freshly made pickled Paradise Party onions, and a homemade burger sauce.
These burgers were cooked on the Weber Grills Ranch Kettle using Kingsford Beercoal and a split of Pecan from Heritage Tree & Arborist Service .
