Un postre mexicano para celebrar la Independencia de México 🇲🇽.

Tomorrow is México Independence Day. Noo, it’s not 5 de Mayo it’s September 16.

The celebrations start at night on the 15, people gather at the plazas or their houses with all the family to eat some antojitos mexicanos, at midnight the President and the leaders of every state shout out VIVA MEXICO and everyone shout out back VIVA! Then all the bells of the churches ring and fireworks light the night.

I really miss to be in Mexico and celebrate with my family and eat all the delicious food, so today I wanted to bake something Mexican to celebrate and what is more Mexican than tres leches cake?

I’m gonna have these jars on the Fall Artisan Gathering if you want to try them.

I have never tried a carrot cake like my mother’s, delicious and incredibly moist with lots of pecans and pineapple, I really love it.

These cupcakes are made with her recipe, using freshly shredded carrot and the best ingredients to deliver you the best quality desserts.
