We are starting to get a lot of questions about our Booch Bus so I thought I’d go ahead and give her a formal e-introduction 💫

Q: What is it exactly?
A: Groovy Suzi is a 1995 Suzuki Every. She is a 3 Cylinder everyday van that was made in Japan.

Q: How did we acquire the van?
A: We waited 25 years to have her imported. No, really, it’s true. You see, there are laws in place on the exportation of vehicles from Japan. As the law states, The Imported Vehicle Safety Compliance Act, commonly known as the 25-year import rule, “prevents individuals from importing new foreign-market vehicles without undertaking a lengthy—and costly—testing and federalization process.” So while we didn’t place an order for her while we were in our young teens, she was parked somewhere safe and and took a long rest before coming to us! Nevertheless, we’ve been eyeballing these minis for years and good things come to those who wait, right?

Q: How fast does it go?
A: She pretty much maxes out around 55mph.

Q: Is it an automatic?
A: Nope, 5 speed LEFT handed driver. Only one of us can drive it. I’ll bet you can guess correctly who that is.

Q: Do we race it?
A: No. just no.

Q: Do we do personal events?
A: We haven’t given it a lot of thought, but if there’s a will there’s a way. Should be?

So there ya have it. Some of the top questions we get asked. Keep your eyes open for her at events and the TR market because she’ll be there. And although she is still very vanilla right now, we hope to get her all wrapped up within the next couple of months! And if you know of a local company that does vehicle wraps- we’d love to support another local business!

This is our 7 year old son who thoroughly enjoys his Pomegranate Kombucha - made by yours truly 😍

We hear it all the time, folks! “My kid won’t drink Kombucha”. But have they tried OUR expertly crafted and incredibly delicious organic Kombucha?

Our hearts hurt with our hometown of Easley, SC and the entire State of SC today. We at Groovy Brewing send our deepest condolences to the easley_police_department and the family of Officer Matthew Hare, who tragically lost his life this morning in the line of duty, less than a mile away from our facility. We ache with our community 💔

History of The Rejuvenation Company

early years

Dennis Campagna started The Rejuvenation Company in 1980 by selling the now hugely popular Rejuvelac probiotic beverage drink. He started off making small batches based on the instructions of a natural foods guru in San Francisco, Ann Wigmore. As demand increased, Dennis started mass producing Rejuvelac and supplying it through distributors in the bay area. As it grew in popularity more stores began carrying it and many people added Rejuvelac to their weekly grocery list.

HUGE growth years

During the early 2000's after being in business for 20 years, The Rejuvenation Company had grown in size and volume and began looking at other probiotic drinks. Dennis' brother Jerry and nephew Chris joined the family business and the Campagna family starting looking at Kombucha as an additional drink to add to their offering. They looked at many different ways to make Kombucha with different flavors and bottling styles. They started off with the original flavor but grew to the 5 flavors we have today. By 2010, Rejuvenation Kombucha was a huge hit in the bay area with The Rejuvenation Company battling to keep up with demand.
