We make all of our pasta, ravioli, lasagna, sauces, and more in-house in small batches for a restaurant quality meal you can make at home. We believe that you should know where your food comes from and that is why we partner with local farmers who we are proud to call friends. Our pasta is made with a blend of American semolina wheat flour and Italian 00 wheat flour with local, free range, pasture

Our friend Jamie Feagin Kurowski at Royal Gold Soil hooked us up with some Korean Dark Green Peppers which was just the inspiration we needed to make some pot stickers again! Papalo is a robust summer herb also known as Bolivian Coriander. We found it at Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery courtesy of growing green family farms and we were compelled to play with it. It has a big flavor reminiscent of cilantro with hints of citrus and pepper. Try it in a new agnolotti and enjoy!
