I gave a talk today about honeybees to these nice people. I think they enjoyed it, and they got to sample some creamed honey!

Come and see our 2 employees tomorrow and let us know how they are doing at selling our delicious local honey, creamed honey, and honey straws! If you haven't tried our creamed honey yet, they will have samples for you to try before purchasing some! As I always say, "Creamed honey is finely crystalized honey that has a smooth texture and is good for spreading on toast, bagels, biscuits, English muffins, cornbread, or a spoon!

A friend of mine and I set up some hives yesterday to try to trap out of some bees located inside a concrete wall.
We'll see if we are successful in a few weeks.
