Flaky, cheesy, and full of Southern charm—these Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese Biscuits are what comfort food dreams are made of. 🧀🥰 Made with Taste of the South’s Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese Dip, they're a little savory, a little indulgent, and a whole lot of delicious.

Here's how to bring the magic to your kitchen:

INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ tsp kosher salt
• 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 2½ tsp baking powder
• 8 Tbsp (1 stick) cold unsalted butter
• 1 large egg
• ⅓ cup whole milk, cream, or half & half
• 5 oz (½ container) Taste of the South Triple Cheddar Pimento Cheese Dip
• 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
2. Pulse 1 cup of the dry mix with butter in a food processor (15-20 sec) until pea-sized crumbs form.
3. Return butter mix to bowl with remaining flour. Stir gently.
4. Add egg, milk, and pimento cheese dip. Mix until a soft dough forms.
5. Knead lightly on a floured surface until just combined.
6. Flatten into a disc, wrap in plastic, and chill 30+ mins.
7. Preheat oven to 400°F.
8. Roll dough to ¾” thick, cut out biscuits.
9. Brush tops with beaten egg.
10. Bake 16 min or until golden brown.
