2026 Freezer Beef Updates
Effective March 1st, our freezer beef will be priced at $3.75 per pound, based on hanging weight.
To reserve your spot on our list, a $200 non-refundable deposit will be required. Please note that all beef orders must be paid in full prior to pickup from Korte. No beef will be released from the processor until Terrapin Ridge Farm has received payment in full.
We have beef available as early as February.
