Some Updates!

- Half hogs will be available again next year.

- Beef quarters will be limited this fall, with more expected in the spring. As our herd grows, we hope to offer a more consistent supply.

- If you emailed me and haven’t received a reply, please check your spam folder. Some of my messages may not be reaching inboxes. To help ensure delivery, add [email protected] and [email protected] to your contacts. 😊

- Eggs are restocked at the farmstand on Sunday afternoons or evenings. We’re working with another local farm to add a weekday delivery, but shorter days and colder temperatures have reduced egg production.

- Some farmstand prices will be adjusted to reflect updated costs and support the farm’s long-term sustainability.

- Thank you for adding a tip when paying with Venmo. A 3% tip helps offset the fees we pay to offer this payment option.

- Please remember that we’re a small family operation: I work on the farm full time, Alex works full time off the farm, and Rainy is growing up here and helping whenever she can. It’s just the three of us. 😊

I just stocked some more beef! Eye Round Steaks, Cubed Steaks, Sandwich Steaks, Marrow Bones, Soup Bones, Neck Bones, Heart, Tongue and some more Short Ribs.
Leave it to me to totally miss two whole boxes of beef in the walk-in freezer! 😂 Honestly, I feel like I'm losing my mind half the time, but I guess it's with good reason. I don't think 🤔 many folks really get just how many layers there are to a full day's work on the farm!
Someone once told me everyone goes on vacations... 😂 But guess what? Alex and I just took our totally first-ever trip that wasn't to Iowa in the whole 14 years we've been together! We went on a quick two-night getaway to Maine the last weekend in August! 😊 We never had a honeymoon because we bought our farm a couple months before getting married in the back pasture. My family and nephews joined together and made it possible to sneak away.
Thanks for making the extra stop to our farmstand!
