Founders Brian & Nicole Cendrowski and the Fireforge Team have a passion for exploring the culinary world of flavors through beer and food. Constantly seeking new experiences, they are on a mission to push the boundaries of beer and challenge fellow drinkers to embrace a sense of adventure and curiosity. Our small-batch brewery, taproom and biergarden opened in downtown Greenville, SC in June 2018. We typically have 20+ house-brewed beers on tap, along with other craft guest beverages (wine, mead, cider and kombucha). We source, prepare and serve colorful, fresh and regionally- and locally-inspired small plates, charcuterie boards, sandwiches and desserts. We love helping guests explore emerging and seasonal beer styles while also offering classic ales and lagers.

☕ 🍨 🍺 Now On Nitro! “Affogato Stout,” our Imperial Milk Stout is inspired by affogato, an Italian dessert made by pouring espresso over gelato. Brewed with locally-roasted Due South “Nightjar,” their darkest coffee blend, we also use lactose (milk sugar) and Ugandan vanilla beans to simulate the gelato flavor. It’s dessert in a glass!

🌶️ We can’t wait for live music with Hot As A Pepper Band this Saturday October 17th from 2-5 pm. Hot As A Pepper Band is high-energy, fun, funky and upbeat music, sharing the best in current to classic dance music including Rock, Disco, Funk, Pop, Top 40, and a selection of R&B, Motown, Beach, Soul, Country, Jazz and more.

Hot As A Pepper Band is performing as part of Fireforge’s first-annual Perlin’s Ghost Pepper Pale Ale Release Party & Chili Cook-Off Invitational! This party celebrates “Perlin’s,” a Fireforge b**r that has a small, yet fervent following. The afternoon at Fireforge will start with a delicious chili cook-off and people’s choice vote from 12-2 pm. The event is free to attend; chili tasting tickets will be available for purchase on site. Proceeds from the chili tasting ticket sales will go to benefit Project Host.

Join the Greenville Jazz Collective & Fireforge for the 2nd Anniversary Party and Jam on Sunday, November 8th from 3:30-6:30 pm! Time flies when you’re enjoying jazz - and we can’t believe it’s already been two years at the Forge! The Jazz Jam started 18 years ago in Greenville and we’re excited to keep the tradition growing together.

The Jazz Jam offers a great opportunity to enjoy the house quartet, featuring a rotating roster of the Upstate’s finest musicians in the Fireforge listening room, alongside fun food, drinks, and award-winning b**rs. It’s also an opportunity for local (and not so local) jazz musicians of all skill levels to sit in and play with the house band. Jam is every Sunday from 4-6 pm, but please be sure to join us on November 8th from 3:30-6:30 pm!

We’re excited for the Fireforge debut of Safety Coffin this Friday 10/16 from 7-9 pm! Formed in 2019, Safety Coffin, is a Rock/Alt-Blues duo from Asheville, NC. Fueled by their DIY-spirit and influence that ranges from Desert Rock to Hill Country Blues, vocalist/guitarist Matt McWaters and drummer Quinn McKearney display dynamic range and unfiltered passion in every live performance.

Team Trivia includes four themed rounds with prizes AND bragging rights - plus, it's free to play! P.S. 🏆 We recently brought home the Gold for “The Fixer” as Best Porter at the 2026 South Carolina Brewers Guild Cup competition! Some of our other fave b**rs also made an impression. In the IPA Category, “Spirito Santo” IPA received a Silver, followed by “Cult Rivalry” IPA (one of our newer b**rs on the block) with Bronze! In addition, our “Vendetta” Belgian-Style Witbier earned a Silver in the Spiced B**r Category. Thank you for the chance to compete and be a part of SC’s awesome b**r community!
