Well... yesterday on our way to Caddo Mills, our trailer decided it wanted to become a convertible. 😅

As you can see in the photo, the side door on our brand new not-even-two-year-old trailer literally split apart while we were driving down the road. We won't name names... but let's just say the giant logo on the trailer might be the biggest clue. 👀👀

This trailer has definitely kept us on our toes since day one, and apparently yesterday it decided to add "self-disassembly" to its résumé.

So today we'll be spending our time reframing, repairing, and shaking our heads at how a trailer that's not even two years old can have so many adventures. 🔨🚚

Thankfully, Pelón is pretty handy and can fix just about anything, so we'll get her patched up and ready to roll again soon.

Owning a food trailer sure keeps life interesting... one surprise at a time! 😂

Unfortunately, due to the storms, today's tournament in Commerce has been canceled. 🌧️⛈️
