Starday was born from a simple question asked by a little girl: What if we celebrated instead?

✨Introducing Starday, our newest coffee crafted in remembrance of those who’ve gone back to the stars, knowing their love lives on. This rare, single-origin microlot is honey-processed and regeneratively grown by the women of Finca Santa Maria in Colombia.
