The sun only peaked out a few times today but I made lots of progress getting the fence finished around the new land & pasture. The scenery was gorgeous and I heard nothing but birds all day. Came across several deer and a fox. Their are several natural springs throughout the property and just hearing the bubbling water all day is so tranquil. I could stay out here for days. This new pasture is going to be a heavenly haven for my cattle.

Fill your freezer for a fraction of the cost of the grocery store or meat market and get way better quality. Not to mention the health benefits from natural beef verses beef from the meat market that is pumped full of chemicals, preservatives & steroids.

Many ask……What’s in a 1/4 beef and how much do you get? Hanging weight is approximately 250lbs and this is what you get.

1/4 beef is
About 40 lbs ground beef
6-8 t bones
6-8 ribeyes
4/5 large sirloins
3-4 chuck roast
2 arm roast
5-6 packs Cubed steaks (4) or round steak
Soup bones
Stew meat
2-3 Boneless Roast
Ribs
Brisket (if you keep it)

$1000-1150 plus $250 for processing

Double that for 1/2
