* Cast-Iron Seared: Sear in a very hot skillet, add butter, garlic and rosemary, and baste until perfectly cooked.
* Steakhouse Style: Top with blue cheese butter or a simple red wine reduction.
* Summer Style: Grill and serve sliced with fresh tomatoes, sweet corn and a bright chimichurri.
* Surf & Turf: Pair with grilled shrimp, scallops or a lobster tail for an elevated summer dinner.
