Chicken Cutlet Street Corn Dip Sandwich 🌽🔥

Crispy chicken cutlet + creamy street corn dip might be one of the best sandwich combinations I’ve made. 🤤 The crunchy chicken with that creamy, cheesy street corn is ridiculous. Would you try this?

Best dinner of the week? Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas. 🤤 Well, yeah I know. They’re not legit enchiladas, but they were so delicious.

These egg bites from Cyndi are so good, and they’re making my mornings so much easier! They freeze well, reheat well, and they’re a perfect grab & go breakfast.

Side note: Before you come for me…the egg bite I gave my dog was 100% onion free!

Everything we ate for dinner, Charleston edition! We stayed in the James Island area and primarily chose restaurants near our Airbnb. Let us know in the comments where we should we go next time we’re in town! Whenever I’m in the Charleston area, Shrimp & Grits and She Crab Soup are an absolute requirement. So let me know where I can find the best in town!

My favorite bite of the week definitely goes to the Bohemian Bull with their Boom Boom shrimp. It was hard to stop eating it!

I thought USPS lost my passport so my husband & I had to make a mad dash to DC for an in person passport appointment. My original application was eventually delivered but it took almost two months! 😲 To make our lives easier, I did some meal prep the night before with these Chorizo, Egg, Potato, & Cheese burritos and a Grinder Pasta Salad. The pasta salad was packed with protein & was super filling! The trip was a success! I received my passport same day and we were ready to turn around and make the long drive back home. 😴
