Today was processing day for our mid-summer batch of Cornish Cross. Being able to process them right at our Farm makes it that much more rewarding!

Fresh chicken will be available for sale tomorrow through Friday, after which they will head to the freezer!

Our President, Amanda Wolf finished designing this year's Bark Brew & Tattoo 2023 t-shirt this evening. Staying true to the original logo she referenced her dog Blake, who was diagnosed with Bone Cancer the same week as our first event in 2018. He passed a few months later. Each year she find a way to honor his memory at our event.

We hope this design sells like hot cakes. These will be available, July 16th at the Saratoga City Center!

Bark Brew & Tattoo is a 501c3 non-profit organization that hosts charity events aimed at destigmatizing pitbulls and bully breed dogs while simultaneously raising money to be donated to regional shelters and rescue organizations that care for a higher population of pitbull type dogs.

Our first small-batch of pasture-raised chicken is now available to purchase!

Cuts include: boneless breasts, thighs, drumsticks, and wings. We also sell hearts, livers, necks, feet and chicken frames.

We deliver every Friday within a 10 mile radius of our farm!

Being a farmer is all about rolling with the punches 👊

We welcomed this crew of Jerseys onto the farm in November of 2022 and planned to raise them to be 100% grass-fed. But over the winter, we battled hay belly and were concerned about weight loss, ultimately deciding that supplementing them with grain for their first winter was necessary.

These fellas (and our sole lady) still get to graze on our 12 acres of pasture but frolick over to their make-shift trough twice a day to get a little bit of grain to make sure they stay nice and healthy!

As always, we only feed locally-sourced and milled grain from Hoosick Valley Farmers Exchange.

No farm is complete without a farm dog. Kado has been my best bud for nearly 10 years now. He went from living with me in a tiny 700 sq ft. apartment in Downtown San Diego to a 64-acre farm in Upstate NY. You can catch him wrestling around with our puppy, Bolt, and sniffing the cows through the fence most days.
