In honor of National Pizza Day what else could I possibly do but eat pizza for lunch?? I mean, sometimes we do need a reason right?! LOL!!

I absolutely LOVE Half Baked Pizza VT Mozzarella Pizza. I can choose to eat it as simple as it is or I can add whatever ingredients I want. Plus it's GMO-free and made with fresh local ingredients I can feel good about eating! I'm so thankful to have such healthy foods right here at the farm to grab and eat.

Sometimes our farm pets love each other..........I repeat the word sometimes! LOL!!!!

Our boys and girls eat just as well as we do here on the farm. From beef bones to knaw on at night to salmon in their dinner. We try to keep their food as wholesome and clean as we eat. I dare you to read the ingredients list on your pets food container?!

Today is National Eat Ice Cream For Breakfast day! 🍦

I know we're only one month into the New Year but you all worked so hard on those resolutions last month that you deserve one day to celebrate how well you've done!
Or if you're anything like me you threw your resolution into the woodstove after the first week and are more than happy for an actual excuse to eat that breakfast ice cream! 😆

Did you know that putting beef suet out during the winter months is very helpful to our feathered friends?
Suet is a high energy, pure fat substance which is invaluable in winter when insects are harder to find and birds need many more calories to keep their bodies warm.
*simply hang a chunk of suet in the trees
*cut into smaller pieces and put into the feeder cages as pictured
