Some Halloween costumes are scary. Others are downright TERRIFYING. 😱🍁

For maple producers, nothing sends a chill down their spine quite like a bottle of fake maple syrup! 👻

This Halloween, don't be fooled by the imposters. Keep it real. Keep it pure. Keep it maple.

🎃 What's something that would give a maple producer nightmares?

It lurks in grocery store aisles. It disguises itself at breakfast tables. And worst of all... some people think it's the real thing. 😱

This Halloween, beware of the imitation. Choose pure maple syrup!

👻 Who else thinks this would make a great horror movie😳

Did you stop by the Washington County Soil & Water Conservation District booth at the fair as one of your scavenger hunt stops? 🍁🌱

They’re a great group supporting our local maple producers, from helping with New York Grown & Certified to a variety of maple producer projects.

We’re always happy to collaborate with them on Maple Day and throughout the year!

The weather was a little rough this year on Maple Day but we are so thankful to all the kids who still had the chance to complete our Scavenger Hunt before the Tornado! If you missed out because of the weather, here’s a peak at all the stops on our card! We hope to see you next year when hopefully the weather behaves better for us!
