The Value Quarter Cow ($899 for 90lbs) is loaded with everyday family favorites like ground beef, homemade burgers, chuck roast, brisket, stew meat, tri-tip, London broil, flank and marinated steak tips.

The Premium Quarter Cow ($1299 for 60lbs) is for the beef lover who wants an exceptional variety of cuts, including some of the most sought-after steaks and roasts.

Think NY Strip, Bone-In Ribeye, Tenderloin, Wagyu Sirloin and Short Ribs, alongside brisket, ground beef, homemade burgers, flank, tri-tip, London broil and marinated steak tips.

Our quarter cow orders have a 72 hour turnaround time and our culinary consultants are here to help you choose the option that best fits you!
