🦃✨Are you thawing your turkey yet? If you are looking for an easy holiday appetizer, try our Cranberry Salsa recipe—it’s sweet, tangy, and perfect with turkey or as a dip! Wishing you and your family a wonderful time with your loved ones.

Recipe:

·12 ounces Fresh cranberries
-3 Tablespoons Olio Fresia Rosa Bianca EVOO
·1/4 cup green onions minced
·2 small jalapenos cored, seeded & minced
·1/2 cup sugar
·1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
·2 tablespoons lime juice fresh-squeezed
·Kosher salt to taste

Instructions:
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or over cream cheese!

We are planning on making grilled veggies for our holiday weekend festivities!
Easy to make and great as an appetizer or side dish for your 4th of July BBQ!
- Drizzle Olio Fresia Rosa Bianca EVOO over zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, asparagus, whole green onions & mini peppers, toss with fresh chopped rosemary or oregano, kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste
-Grill on a grill pan (or skewers) for 20 mins or until veggies are carmelized and browned around the edges.
Drizzle a little extra Olio Fresia Olive Oil right before serving and enjoy warm or at room temperature!
