Got a private tour of the smoke house at Martins BBQ in Nashville last weekend. They were very gracious and served up some darn good bbq. Learned some good tips to for brisket and pulled pork.

Thank you to the The Fun Factory in Greenwood for having us yesterday. We saw lots of people we knew, met some new friends and most important all the kids seemed to have a blast ! We sold out of 6 pork butts, 2 briskets, 20 chickens, smoked Mac and cheese and our baked beans. Someone even bought the last of our homemade Cole slaw in our pan by itself. Thank you everyone who supported us and if you can support local.
