A couple weeks ago, the brewery was busy with activity. On Friday, Feb. 17th, J-Luc/Rude Jude brewed a 90 minute Apple IPA. Tonight I transferred it to the secondary with 5 pounds of pureed apples and 2 ounces of Citra leaf hops.

On Saturday, Feb. 18th, J-Luc/Rude Jude brewed a Monster Imperial Blackberry Porter. Last Saturday, I transferred it to the secondary with 5 pounds of blackberries. Can't wait for these to be finished! Cheers!

Been a while since the last update. Getting ready for the one year anniversary of the Brewing Company. Going to celebrate by brewing another Monster. Also will celebrate by cracking open the original monster after one year from its brew date. Have several ideas that we're going to brew in 2012. Should be a good year. Cheers!!

Tried the Pepper Stout that I'm going to enter in the Midwestern Order of Nin-Kasi (MONK) Chili Bowl. Gonna be pretty good after carbonation. Busy weekend for J-Luc Brewing. Bottling 2 beers on Saturday morning. Catcher In the RyePA and Pepper Stout.

Busy weekend for the Brewing Company. Brewed a Rye IPA that will be called Catch Her in the Rye on Saturday night. Sunday morning bottled the Chocolate Cherry Stout. More to come.

Awesome weekend with Matt Bates of Rude Jude Brewing Co! We brewed a Black IPA that we are calling "The Premature Celebration". Thanks to clf Brewing Company and tak_a_tak Brewing Company for coming up with the recipe and letting us borrow the brewing equipment.

As of today, the Hoosier-Tiger Collaboration - April Fools Monster Imperial Stout - is officially entered in the Brewer's Cup at the Indiana State Fair.

went to tak_a_tak last night and bottled. Ended up with 32 bottles and 6 bomber bottles.

thanks to The tak_a_tak Brewing Company for hosting the double batch brew last night. Brewed a Mild Brown Ale and it will be called Buckin' Frown Brown.

ended up with 23 bottles of brew to share with Rude Jude Brewing Company. We got 46 total bottles from our first HTBC collaboration.
