FYI: Hello everyone! I feel the time has come for a quick update. I left the company in September, but due to circumstances, I was the only one able to post to this page or respond to Messenger. As I’ve been gone for so long, I’m no longer able to answer most questions that are sent and have decided it’s time for me to stop responding. I hope you all understand. This was so good and simple. Top a boneless pork chop with two slices of Gouda cheese (I folded them in half so they wouldn’t hang over), two thin slices of apple, and wrap with two slices of bacon. Secure the bacon with a toothpick. Place in a casserole dish and at 375° until the bacon is golden brown. Mine took about 40 minutes.
