Production Day....
Our Spinach & Mushroom Lasagna has become one of our absolute favorites… and once you taste it, you’ll understand why.
We start the right way, with a little EVOO in the pot, then sauté fresh onions, garlic, and mushrooms until everything comes together just right. Then we fold in chopped spinach, Asiago, Parmesan cheeses, and our special seasoning blend.
That mixture gets gently combined with creamy ricotta and mozzarella… and yes, a little more Asiago and Parmesan (because that’s how we do it).
From there, it’s all about the layers —
pasta sheets, Mama’s Classic Marinara, that rich, cheesy filling…over and over until it’s just right. Finished with a generous topping of mozzarella.
Simple. Honest. Delicious.
Keep one in your freezer, bake it for about an hour, and just like that… you’ve got a fine restaurant-quality Italian meal right at your table.
That’s the Perone way...food is our life, our love, and our legacy ❤️

💙 Family. Food. Legacy. 💙

This photo says it all.
My father, Vince, and his mom, Mama Perone (born, January 30, 1904) - the two people who started what would become our family’s life’s work.
Way back in the early 1950s with hard work, long hours, and a whole lot of love, they began building the Perone family legacy. It was never just about food. It was about taking care of people, bringing families together around a table, and doing things the right way, even when it wasn’t easy.
Everything we do today traces back to them.
The recipes.
The work ethic.
The love to serve others.
The belief that the proof is in the pudding and the cream will always rise to the top.
Forever grateful.
Always proud. ❤️
