Friday, we have a new duo, Joe & Tay playing live music for you all!

Saturday, start August with the first ever Yoga at Heavy led by the amazing ladies at AIM Fitness and Nutrition.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the competitors of the 3rd Annual Strongman Invitational! These athletes are total badasses and we love having them all at Heavy every summer.

Jon Erickson puts in a crazy amount of work to make this happen and we are glad he’s our neighbor now at Gretna Performance Center up around the corner!

Shannon Salem brought her delicious bowls from Nekter to get us all going early in the morning. Thanks Shannon for coming out!

Heavy will be donating the profits from our Bang Bros cocktail along with a portion of revenue from yesterday to the Catch-A-Lift organization, so we appreciate all of you for helping us do that!
