What a night with Union Omaha! ⚽️🍩

We were incredibly excited to have Glazed N Raised recognized as the Small Business of the Match at Saturday night’s Union Omaha game!

As a veteran-owned business, Hometown Heroes Night made the recognition mean even more. Union Omaha spent the evening honoring first responders and members of the military, and we were proud to be part of a night centered around showing appreciation for the people who serve our communities and our country. 🇺🇸

We’ve always believed that being a local business means showing up for the community, supporting the people and organizations around us, and giving back whenever we can. Being recognized by Union Omaha as the Small Business of the Match was a pretty special moment for us.

The Owls battled the New York Cosmos to a 1–1 draw, and we had a great time being part of the night. Both teams played great soccer!

A huge thank you to Union Omaha for supporting small businesses like ours and for making us feel so welcome. We’re proud to be part of this community. ❤️🍩⚽️

Our mochi donuts aren’t an everyday thing, so when they hit the case, you’ve gotta take advantage.

Soft, chewy, and just different enough from a traditional donut to keep things interesting. Mochi fans, IYKYK. 😏

As a veteran-owned business, we understand how important it is to support the men and women who serve our communities and our country. We were glad to partner with Union Omaha to help get some of our donuts into the hands of first responders and members of the military.

We’re teaming up with For All Counseling for a fundraiser at Glazed N Raised, and a portion of Saturday’s sales will go toward supporting the work they do in our community.

On Saturday, August 29, we’re teaming up with For All Counseling for a fundraiser at Glazed N Raised, and 15% of all sales from both our Gretna and Bellevue locations will be donated to support their work.

For All Counseling is a local nonprofit that provides affordable, language-accessible, and culturally responsive mental-health evaluations for immigrants and asylum seekers in Nebraska and Iowa. These evaluations help document important mental-health factors—including the effects of trauma, persecution, abuse, human trafficking, and hardship—so they can be properly considered as part of immigration and asylum proceedings.

Glazed N Raised co-owner Jason Taylor serves as Board President of For All Counseling, and supporting the organization’s work is something that matters deeply to us.

For us, supporting our community has never meant drawing a line around one town. We’re part of a much larger community, and our neighbors live throughout it. They come from different places, have different stories, and face different challenges—but they’re still our neighbors.

We care about all of them.

That’s why we’re proud to support For All Counseling and the people they serve.

What a great day at the Bellevue parade!

This one was especially fun because we had the whole family along for the ride. All three of our kids joined us, along with Ayden’s fiancée, and Jennifer’s mom even got in on the action by driving the truck for us.

Atlas, Kaylee’s dog and basically our unofficial Glazed N Raised mascot at this point, came too. 😂

We spend a lot of hours behind the scenes making donuts, so getting out of the shop and into the community together is always a good time. We loved seeing so many familiar faces along the parade route and representing Glazed N Raised as a family.
