Great updated information about the Schram Rd. closure. It should be open by 4pm our opening day, Friday Sept. 4th!

We want to clarify some information regarding road construction and access to Vala's this week.

Schram Road between 186th Street to 189th Street will open to traffic Friday afternoon at 4 pm and provide access to local residents, businesses and visitors. Please note that this area will remain an active construction zone while the Contractor completes the project. For your safety and the works, please reduce speed and watch for construction workers. We appreciate the community's patience and cooperation throughout the construction process.

TRAFFIC INFORMATION FOR OPENING WEEKEND 🚨 Entry from 192nd St on Schram Rd is CLOSED. Please access our entrance on Schram Rd. from 180th St. or 168th St. Parking is free, as usual!

Heading to Vala's? Please see the map below for important route information. Due to a City of Gretna construction project in the area of 186th and Schram, access to Vala's from 192nd will be closed. The project is scheduled for completion Friday, September 4th, after 4pm. . Vala's customers will need to use 180th and 168th Street during the closure.
