😎My oldest daughter and I dropped off some catering and while we were in the neighborhood… We stopped at my favorite taco spot Taqueria y Carniceria La Hidalguense for a quick bite and some steak for the grill. Jisselle got a plate of tacos and I had a torta (only $9.99btw), which is my favorite in town. If you are in the neighborhood please check them out, if you want better than a amazing food and service at unbeatable prices! They treat you like family here!
Look at that cheese pull- Prepare yourself for a warm telera, toasted to perfection with savory, tender meat, fresh avocado, toppings that create a messy, flavor bomb that keeps me coming back. I have never shared my meal from here and is a best kept secret, but why not!

😔We continue with our truck issues as my mechanic skills are really being put to test. We have changed out a few parts and most likely will have to take the food truck to the shop, unfortunately.
We will be closed until further notice.

😔Unfortunately, we had to cancel tonight’s event with our friends at Corn Coast La Vista. We lost a hub cap and the truck was smoking like a fine Cuban cigar. We did make it home but it does need some work. We will keep you posted. Thank you for your support and we look forward to serving you soon!

Love is in the air, wait that’s carne asada from Burrito Habit Omaha food truck , lol🙃🌯🌭🌮🥤🤌!
Expectation vs reality of spouses opening a food truck, where spouses realize they didn't just support a dream—they instantly became unpaid, sleep-deprived manual laborers who occasionally get paid in leftover rice, lol🫣!
We are a family ran food truck (small business) and at times it does get rough sometimes. But we always shut the truck down as a family!
