Small flocks of chickens are carefully chosen for breed standards, 4-H /FFA projects and amazing shell colors.

JOY!! (Day ummm ya…I’ll keep posting my Joy forever) Rainbow Baskets Are Real!! This basket and more will make its way to Omaha tomorrow. My auntie supplied eggs most of her life to friends and family. Now it’s my turn. Not the plain old white eggs we washed at your house back in the day Auntie! Love you to the moon and back (henhouse and back…via the zinnias…I make That trip so very often each day! )always!!

Joyful bright Monday!! Persistant vestibular migraines will not steal My Joy!! Saving seeds OH YES!! Rain in the forecast, 90F + all week. I’m deadheading today (in short spurts) saving green seeds to prevent any chance of mold or germination.
