The Whatley kids have a half beef available. It will be harvested on Wednesday 4/18 at Clint and Sons. $3 per pound carcass (hanging) weight + you pay processing. I can give you more details on approximate weight and approx processing if interested. Grain fed and finished, no antibiotics, and Cryovac packaging. You decide the cuts you’d like. We can help if you’ve never done it before!

🥩Full beef and half beefs are currently available. 🥩

The beef is being locally processed at Steakhouse Meats in Groom, TX. Once you let us know you’d like to purchase a whole or half beef we will send you the cut sheet. 🍔Then, you choose how you want it processed. 🍽 Our beef is aged 21 days for optimum tenderness!

— Beef is $5 per pound, rail weight
— We pay processing fees, unless a significant amount is ground and put into patties, then that additional cost will be passed onto you
— For reference halves have been about running about 430-450lbs.

Whatley Cattle is a local farm growing beef for our family, and yours! We have a commercial herd of Hereford/Angus cross cattle. Instead of selling the calves this year we decided to enlist our kids help and feed them out! None of them have needed antibiotics, so they are antibiotic-free.
