It is with tremendously heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bill Marchiori, also known as Mr. Bill, Dad-e-o, Grandpa, and the master potato peeler. He will be remembered for his remarkable charisma, never-fading smile, and eternal passion for the Marchiori family Business that his Father, Angelo, and Mother, Elvira, founded. Bill continued his parent’s legacy with his beloved wife Edie by his side as the Second Generation. Work never felt like work for him. He loved what he did, who he did it with, and all the guests he had the pleasure of hosting. This unique and aspiring approach to work and life didn’t go unnoticed, it was admired and replicated by his son Tony, who has ensured that his father and mother’s legacy will last for generations. We are grateful that Bill was with us to see Marchiori Catering reach 75 years this year. It is even more comforting to know he will spend the 100th alongside his beloved Edie once again.
