25 barrels or 1000 gallons made this year! not as much as we hoped, but better than last year!!

Sorry for the lack of updates this year everyone, but as of last night we've made 22 barrels of that maple good stuff! & hoping the weather keeps cooperating so we can get some more!

170 gallons of syrup made today!! so far we're up to 6 barrels this season. lets hope we can keep going for a while longer!

Starting to get tanks & pumps set. Now just gotta pray the weather cooperates the next few weeks before we start to tap!

All of the orchards are just about put back together. Now we just need the weather to start cooperating for sugaring!
