Today is the day I close the doors of Wally’s for the final time.

After 40 years of owning and operating businesses on Main Street, I am officially beginning my retirement. It is hard to put into words what these years have meant to me.

Wally’s has been so much more than a business. It has been a place where I have met wonderful people, shared countless conversations, and made friendships that I will carry with me long after the doors close.

It is hard to put into words what this place and this community have meant to me. Over the years, many of you have walked through my doors, and most have become much more than customers. You became friends, and in many cases, family.

Thank you for your loyalty, your friendship, your kindness, and for all of the conversations, stories, laughs, and memories we have shared over the years. Your support has meant more to me than I could ever put into words.

As I close this chapter, my heart is full of gratitude. I am so thankful for the people I have met, the friendships I have made, and the privilege of being part of this community for the past 40 years.

Main Street and Wally’s have been such a big part of my life, and saying goodbye is certainly bittersweet. But, I am also excited for what comes next and for more time with my family and loved ones.

Thank you for 40 incredible years. Thank you for your loyalty, your friendship, and for being part of my journey.

I will cherish the memories forever.
