I DON'T own this guy, but I still want to try to find him a home. (Yes he's on property....). I went and got two registered mini mares yesterday from a neglect situation, and while I didn't buy him... I said I'd try to home him as well. They weren't neglect because of lack of feed, just feet care. The people are older and can't care for them, and called. I really didn't want to leave him there.. so here is he. Will obviously need a trim! (As we can see, you don't have to comment and tell us 😬)

He will still breed. And to my knowledge has done so recently. He's respectful for a stud BUT he is business-like, but that's all he's done in life, so that's expected.

This guy is very well built, they said he always throws black and white babies besides one who was all black. He's been on the same farm I since he was 2. He was in the top 5 world as a yearling for halter. Other than breeding, I don't think he's done much else in a long time.

Again, I don't own him, the owners (and I) just want him to be taken care of and they simply can't do it anymore. The 3 of these all came from 3 miles up the road, none have ever been to a sale and they absolutely did NOT want them going to one. So I'm doing my best!

Here's another one of our feeder projects getting a bath and brushed off. Again, not really a sales post but would gladly sell her to an appropriate home or rescue! Just a little update!

Older paint mare I got from a sale a bit ago. They said she was a trail horse. Gentle, easy to handle and would be real pretty with more weight! We named her Brindle.

She has had her teeth floated, dewormed and has one HUGE appetite! She might still have a long ways to go, but the difference from just a while ago is crazy!

Well, today I went and bought these 2 little registered Mini mares. NO info as of now!

They are basically (but not officially) out of a neglect situation. They should be posted tomorrow, they have BAD feet that were trimmed a few weeks ago (by my farrier). They were VERY long, curled and just not taken care of.
The one was bred at the farm I bought her off of, and the other has been there for basically her whole life. They come from 3 miles up the road from me! NEVER been to a sale!

Stay tuned but NO negativity! It is not my fault, the farriers fault, etc that they have rough feet. I JUST want to help them get the care they need and into a good home!

The owners just really can't take care of them anymore and messaged. I also have a Registered 21 yo Black/White 35.5" mini STUD who I am going to try to home for them as well!

Here is a cute little QH mare.

Just to save time, if you want something super broke... it is not her. If you want gentle.. she is that! This mare has been doing pony rides (leadline and supposedly on the wheel) most of her life. She is supposed to AQHA but no papers came with her (but she is built right so very beliveable). 14'1h. They called her 10 ... I would call her 16/17...

This mare is VERY gentle, quiet to handle and easy going. You can catch her anywhere, she stands great to tack up, mount, fly spray, etc. Loaded well. Honestly nothing really to complain about.

She is NOT fancy broke, she has mostly done leadline type, but she did ride on her own.. very rusty... but she will. Might take some encouragement to get her going at first, but once we rode her for a while, she was really coming around. She rode in a bit when I bought her, but we found she rode better in a hack. NOTHING dangerous about her, you just have to remember her job was to be lead around, I was honestly shocked she rode independently at all truthfully.

* Price is as she is NOW, if we keep her around and get her riding better on her own, I will ask more, or just get more for her at a sale. She is more than budget friendly!
