Big planting day over here!! My back hurts😂 I’ll clean up my mess later. I got 6 Lisianthus trays in the ground today. Hoping to plant more this week! So exciting to get plants in the ground.

Finally got the rest of my tulips planted! Just in time for the winter storm! How did you prep for the storm? Not by planting bulbs??

I’m growing the tulips in crates this year. I’ve grown them in large raised beds previously. I’m hoping this method helps make it easier for me to flip the area to the next crop when it’s time! Spring will be here before we know it!

It’s W**D Wednesday! It’s not as exciting as it sounds. It’s just me pulling as many weeds as I can every Wednesday. I don’t use any pesticides on my cut flowers so there is always plenty of weeding to do!

Growing cut flowers is about 10% beautiful blooms and 90% dirt! I still love it!
